Well we are not far away from the end now are we? Our regular season finished last weekend and we cemented our third place spot. I think third is a good achievement for the club. We have fought hard all season and i think like every team (apart from MK) we had our slumps.
Well the last 2 weeks has been a lot better for the team results wise. To be honest we haven’t really changed a whole lot. We've continued to work hard in practice and focus on the little things that needed to be improved on. Eventually our results started to turn and up until Thursday we were on a 4 game win streak.
Things are still proving to be quite difficult here in Manchester. The guys are a bit low on confidence but we are working on that every day in practise to lift the team and get some momentum going into the final month and hopefully carry that into the playoffs.
Well where do I start! Thursday we had the 1st leg of our EPL Cup semi-final against MK and to say it went badly is a severe understatement. We actually started the first 10 minutes not too badly and were in control but after a couple of quick goals the wheels slowly started to fall off and it couldn’t have gone worse.
It’s been a few weeks since I last updated my blog and there has been a few things too report on. As far as the team goes we've slipped back a little from top spot but we know by all means that the league is still up for grabs.
