I will miss Sean McMorrow, in the past couple of years no other player has generated as much interest as he, not bad for a guy with just a handful of points.
Last night Sean confirmed that he was heading back home to Canada and to Marquis De Saguenay. Its a league that will suit him, and it's without question the right decision.
McMorrow in the EPL? that was the rumour and I know a couple of teams had made enquiries including the EPL side in Sheffield.
But why?, sure there would have been some interest in the first week or so but then both player and club would have realised it was a mistake. Sean couldn't find his role in the Elite League, he certainly wasn’t going to find it in the EPL
So to the Sheriff, we thank you for the memories, we thank you for the fights, the good times, the great interviews, the big quotes and for your company. We enjoyed them all. But not it is time to leave.
