Bees ready for Tigers attack
The Bracknell Bees have another Saturday home game this weekend, this time versus the Telford Tigers (faceoff 6pm) before enjoying a rare day off on Sunday.
Telford visit the Hive off the back of an impressive penalty shot victory over the Guildford Flames in Telford, a huge bounce back considering they were end of a 9-1 hammering at the hands of the Flames the night before. Indeed whilst the Tigers have struggled at times this season they have also pulled off victories versus Sheffield and Guildford in the last two weekends - so have proved that they cannot be underestimated at all. The last time the two sides faced off was just before Christmas in Telford where the Bees came away with the road victory.
Saturdays home game versus Telford is a huge match in the race for a playoff spot and one not to be missed.
Also on Saturday there will be the presentation of the Geoffrey Franx Player of the Month Award for January as voted for by you the fans. We are also happy to be welcoming a big party from the Activity Xtra Youth Group and also the children from Crown Wood School, who visited the Bees on Wednesday.
Tickets are still available for Saturdays home game versus the Telford Tigers and can be purchased in person at the John Nike Leisuresport Complex box office or by calling 01344 789000.
At Saturday night’s home match there is the ever popular Shirt Off Their Back raffle, Alex Barker's game worn shirt, right off his back at the end of the game is up for grabs – see the usual raffle ticket sellers or the Supporters Club table under block 1 for tickets.
Also the post-match signing table returns this Saturday. Meeting the fans behind the Sally Ann's Hair & Beauty Sin Bin, will be Michael Bowman, Shaun Thompson & Matt Foord.
After the game, the players will also be available to meet fans in the post-match family bar (aka the Sponsor Suite). Feel free to hang on to see your favourite star.
Colin White Memorial Trophy
The Supporters Club are organising the Colin White Memorial Trophy, in memory of a long time and dedicated supporter of the Bees and someone who worked so hard as Chairman of the Supporters Club Committee for a number of years. They are fundraising in order to have a new shield made for an end of season trophy that they plan to re-name in honour of Colin. Please dig deep and donate and help to remember a true servant of the club.

Replica Jerseys
This year's brand new home and away replica jerseys are now available on match nights at the Supporters Club merchandise table. Junior sizes £40, Adult sizes £45 (or £35 and £40 respectively for season ticket holders).
