Big weekend in store for Panthers

Another cracking game is guaranteed when the Cardiff Devils visit the GMB Nottingham Panthers on Saturday and coach Corey Neilson is looking for improvements from his undefeated home side.
With wins against the top two teams from last season already under their belts the Panthers' head coach could be forgiven for resting on his laurels but the big blueliner is having none of it : "Cardiff went close to securing their first win against Belfast last weekend and they will be tough opponents. I hear Brad Voth may be missing from the line-up but they've got other guys who will roll their sleeves up too, like this guy Sawyer. They've got good skills too and you know they will have a good work ethic.
"We've got areas where we know we can improve and we've been working on them. It is going to be another great night for the fans. Last Saturday saw a blistering start for the new league campaign, it was a thrilling game packed with entertainment, this week we're aiming for more of the same."
Marc Levers will see a specialist next week about his nagging injury which has kept him sidelined so far this season. Jay Henderson has had a scan and is back on the ice. Whether he's ready to take part or not will be a late decision.
