Cats eye up road trip points
This weekend the Swindon Wildcats will hope to bounce back from a short string of negative results, with a two day road trip against both the Basingstoke Bison & the Manchester Phoenix.
On Saturday the Wildcats will travel to face the Bison in a game that could well see either side pick up a two point victory. Basingstoke although showing some inconsistencies at home, will bring a strong side to the fixture whilst Swindon themselves will also be looking to keep a record of averaging over 3 goals a game this month to help push for a win.
The game is undoubtedly going to see two strong sides collide in a game that is certain to bring goals, hits and action.
On Sunday the Wildcats will then look north as they head to Manchester, ready to face a Phoenix side that will await them.
Currently sitting in third, the Phoenix will bring a tough opposition as they defend a strong home ice record however with the 'Cats showing they can perform on the road, there is little reason why Swindon cannot take the game to the home side.
To travel with Swindon and support them as they take on the Manchester Phoenix, be sure to take the coach with the side that will depart at 12:00pm on Sunday. Entrance to the fixture will be £25.00 an adult, £23.00 concession, £20.00 a child.
If you cannot make to support the Wildcats on the road, look out for the next home game when the team takes on the Basingstoke Bison on Saturday 11th February at 5:45.
