Cloutier to dissect Panthers loss

Player-coach Sylvain Cloutier has revealed Excel Hull Stingrays will tomorrow sit down and watch a video of their disappointing third-period against Nottingham Panthers - but he is also keen to highlight the positives.
Stingrays were outstanding for two periods and led 3-1 going into the last 20 minutes before Panthers stunned them with a five-goal burst to win 6-3 at Hull Arena on Sunday.
Cloutier said: “I can`t accept that. We are all professionals and the guys are getting paid to play hockey and do a job. We will work on our `D` zone and on Thursday we are going to watch the video of the third period. We will also watch the first two periods and show the positives we did too.
“It`s extremely disappointing and it is hard to take. I take the losses to heart and it`s frustrating because the game plan was there and we did it for 40 minutes but for some reason the wheels fell off.”
Cloutier, who returned against Panthers after a knee-ligament problem, also admitted it “felt good” to be back on the ice and added: “I will train all week and perhaps next weekend [against former club Coventry Blaze] I can get back to regular shifts.”
