Forward Andy Smith notched up his 500th point for Invicta Dynamos with two goals in Sunday's 7-2 win over Cardiff Devils.
A bumper crowd witnessed nine goals and five fights in a thrilling top of the table clash, which saw Dynamos come out victors to retain their 100% record and leapfrog their opponents to the top of the table.
Defenceman Mark Williams gave the home side the lead, before Nicky Lewis' powerplay goal doubled their advantage. Smith made it 3-0 with a shorthanded effort, and claimed his 500th point with his side's 6th goal. Lewis added his second to make it 7-1 before a late consolation for the visitors.
Smith's 500 points have come in 179 appearances for Invicta, and have included 266 goals and 234 assists.
He joined the club from Guildford's Under 19 side.
