Kohut back for third Swindon season
The Swindon Wildcats ice hockey club are delighted to confirm the return of star forward Jozef Kohut to their line-up for the 2010/11 English Premier Ice Hockey League campaign.
The experienced winger was second in team scoring last campaign with
34 goals and 36 assists and will link-up with new foreign signings Josef Liska and Toivo Suursoo in a revamped Wildcats offensive line-up.
Wildcats' Head Coach, Ryan Aldridge, is excited by the return of the
Slovak: "Jo was the top points scorer in the Playoffs last year.
"He is a guy that can change a game for you at any point.
"He is our third and final import forward to sign and he will add even more fire power to an already impressive offensive line-up.
"We now have three solid lines and I am confident that we will be stronger as a team than last year."
The Wildcats return to the ice in just over a month's time when they welcome the Playoff Championship winning Slough Jets to the Link Centre for a pre-season challenge on Wednesday 8th September.
