Steelers arrive in Grenoble
The Steelers have arrived in Grenoble and will take to the ice on Friday morning for pre game skate. Steelers officials have already attended the IIHF delegates meeting.
Steelers GM Mike O'Connor said "The day has been a long one, we were at the rink at 5.15 this morning and then had a long coach trip, after the flight we were just happy to get to our rooms.
"Dave Matsos and I have already attended the IIHF delegates meeting with the other three teams and met the officials to discuss how the games will be called etc.
"Tomorrow we will be up early and then at the rink for a pre game skate, i think it will be good for the guys to get on the ice, at the moment it has just been the bus, the airport, the plane, the coach and the hotel room.
"Everyone is in good spirits and we cant wait to get going".
