Swede Johan Stenvall departs the Ice Bowl

The Invicta Dynamos can announce that non-EIHA trained forward Johan Stenvall has decided to leave the club with immediate effect.

Johan Stenvall signed for the Dynamos in the off-season and joined the team from Sweden looking for a new experience and the chance to test himself elsewhere. He moved here having iced at various levels in his home country and following a year long spell in Norway where he had already posted some strong numbers. However recently Stenvall has been struggling both on and off the ice and so he has now decided to part company with the Dynamos.

In his brief spell at the Ice Bowl Johan Stenvall brought an energy and enthusiasm to the attack with his speed and excellent work rate. He played ten games for the Dynamos and in that time netted six goals and eleven assists to give him a total of seventeen points. Perhaps his best performance was his five point debut on home ice against the Oxford City Stars where a hat-trick and two assists saw him selected as man of the match.

The Invicta Dynamos would like to thank Johan Stenvall for his efforts in his time at the club and wish him all the best in whatever he decides to do next.
