Taylor expects Blaze backlash
Forward Adam Taylor believes the Edinburgh Capitals will have to be prepared for a possible backlash as the Coventry Blaze are visitors to Murrayfield on Tuesday night (7.30pm face-off). The Blaze travel to Scotland only forty eight hours after going down five one on home ice to the Hull Stingrays, and Taylor believes the Capitals must be prepared. "You only have to look at the league table to realise that result was a surprise one" said Taylor. "Even though it was in the Challenge Cup, for Hull to go into Coventry which is a very difficult place to win is some achievement. The Blaze will be travelling up here smarting from that result and they'll be wanting to get back to winning ways and the two points as they're still in the running in the league. "We're going to have to be fully focused from the first face-off, they'll be looking to come out strong and that's something we have to be physically and mentally prepared for. We have discussed the Hull result and we'll be using it as a motivation, their win showed that the bottom four teams can beat the bigger teams and we'll be heading into the game looking to repeat that on home ice." Tickets for tomorrow's game against Coventry will be available right up to face-off priced at £15.00 for adults, £11.00 for concession, £7.00 for a child and £37.00 for a family (2 adults & 2 children).
