Wildcats look to dampen Flames
This Saturday the Swindon Wildcats welcome the Guildford Flames at home for their only fixture of the weekend.
Having gathered a point away to the Slough Jets last weekend, Swindon will be looking to bounce from this a beat a Flames team who currently sit 2nd in the standings. Although sitting so high, Swindon were able to beat top the table side the Manchester Phoenix earlier in the year, so this game will not be taken lightly be either team. The Flames themselves also met the Phoenix recently, when the two teams exchanged away wins last weekend to end both clubs' winning streaks.
As goals continue to flow for both Swindon and Guildford this season, this weekend's game may come down to one solid defensive effort to decide who picks up both points and keep in the hunt for a high playoff spot.
