The Swindon Wildcats ice hockey club are delighted to welcome back EPIHL Play-off Championship winner Ryan Watt to their roster for the 2010/11 season.
Watt, 20, was an instant fan favourite when last in Wildcats colours during the 2008/09 season before joining Bracknell and then most recently Slough, where the intense yet skillful winger made a solid contribution to the Jets' play-off winning campaign.
A GB youth international with Elite league experience and a player who will stick up for his team whatever the circumstance, the young Scotsman is tipped to improve on his point return of 36 points in 50 games this coming season.
"It is great to have Ryan back in a Swindon jersey, " said Aldridge of his latest acquisition.
"I've known him for a few years and know what he is capable of.
"People have not yet seen him fulfill his potential and I want to be the coach to bring that out of him.
"He knows the situation here and that he has a chance to shine, particularly as he continues to mature.
"I like what he brings to the table - a high level of skill, passion, and good points production."
