Glasgow’s Braehead Clan forward Brendan Brooks said him and his team-mates have one focus this weekend, and that is to win!
The Clan face their arch-rivals the Fife Flyers in back-to-back games, Saturday night in Kirkcaldy and Sunday night at Braehead Arena (6:00pm face-off).
Great Britain international Brooks played for the Flyers last season before making the move back across the M8 to Glasgow.
“The last game at Braehead against the Flyers isn’t the way it’s supposed to go, anything that could go wrong, went wrong that day.
“This weekend is a very pivotal period in the club’s season, not only in the league but as we look to retain our Gardiner Conference title.
“This is time for the whole team to be positive and work together to put on a performance for the Purple Army who have stuck by us.
“We’re not going to be messing around, we’re out to win at no cost.”
