Cescon cleared to face Manchester this Saturday

Clan, British Ice Hockey
Glasgow’s Braehead Clan defenceman Craig Cescon has been cleared to face the Manchester Storm at Braehead Arena this Saturday (7:00pm face-off).
The Canadian defenceman, who is in his second stint with the Clan, had to attend hospital following last Sunday’s home game against the Fife Flyers.
However, the hospital and Clan’s medical team have given Cescon the green light to play this weekend as we look to start climbing the EIHL table.
Head Coach John Tripp is delighted to get confirmation that he has another player back for his already depleted line-up.
“We we’re worried after Sunday’s game with Fife when Craig had to attend the hospital due to a lower body injury” confirmed the German Canadian.
“Craig has been very solid for this season and to lose him for these two big games would have been a major blow.
“The good news is that he has been cleared to play in what will be two big games against Manchester and Dundee.”
Tickets for the visit of the Manchester Storm on Saturday (7:00pm face-off) are available now via braeheadclan.com, by calling 0844 499 1700 or direct at the Braehead Arena box office.
