Cardiff Devils lost 3-2 after overtime at home to Coventry, but bounced back with a stylish 4-2 win at Dundee.
Braehead recorded just their second league win of the season with a 5-2 success at Edinburgh Capitals.
In the Elite Challenge Cup, Belfast won 5-1 on home ice against Braehead, while Petr Kalus’ shoot-out strike secured a 3-2 victory for Nottingham at Manchester.
