Glasgow’s Braehead Clan are delighted to announce the signing of Canadian forward Robert Lepine.
The 25-year-old joins from Pensacola Ice Flyers in the USA where he has spend the 2017/18 season so far.
Lepine graduated from the University of Guelph last summer having spend the previous four season’s in USports.
The Ontario native will fly into the UK this Friday ahead of Saturday’s home game against the Manchester Storm.
Clan head coach John Tripp commented: “We’ve been looking for a centre for a while, so we’re delighted to be welcoming Robert to the Clan.
“We had a look at him during the summer and at that time the move didn’t materialise for varying reason’s.
“He’s big, strong, skates well and I’ve received some very good reports back about him.
“He’s young and hungry – that’s something we’re looking to build the organisation around going forward”
