Dundee Stars have completed the signing of Canadian ‘D’ man Joey de Concilys.

The 23-year-old spent last season in the French league with Strasbourg, having previously iced in the NCAA for Brown University, Rhode Island.

Head Coach Marc LeFebvre said: “I’m really happy to have added the final piece of the puzzle on our roster for this season.

“It took a bit longer than I was hoping for, but I’ve waited for a guy who fits into my vision for the team this season.

“I’m looking forward to getting a full team together and building on our pre-season success.”

de Concilys added: “I can’t wait to get to Dundee and get my season started.

“I’ve heard good things about the league and about the Dundee organisation and I’m excited to get on the ice in front of the Stars’ fans.”
