Vantroba completes Bison import line-up

Basingstoke Bison ‘D’ man Miroslav Vantroba will return for his fourth season with the club.

Vantroba’s experience on the blueline has been a key part of the team’s success over the past few seasons, culminating in being crowned as EPL champions last term.

The 37-year-old spent the majority of his career playing across the top flights of Slovakian and Czech hockey, before moving to the club ahead of the 2013/14 season.

Vantroba has made nearly 200 appearances for the club and his signing completes Bison’s import quota for the upcoming campaign.
