Ruthless Swedes punish the Steelers

Sheffield Steelers’ penalty woes continued as they fell 5-2 at home to HV71 in the Champions Hockey League.

All five of the Swedish team’s goals were scored on the powerplay as the Steelers were ripped apart by the visitors.

Robert Dowd scored both goals for the Steelers who have now lost all three CHL games this season.

Their final group game takes place on Sunday 11th September at home to Red Bull Salzburg.
