NIHL South round-up: Rehak trio seals cup success

Invicta Dynamos enjoyed double delight in NIHL1 South over the weekend, picking up victories in both the league and cup.

Adam Rehak (above) hit a hat-trick in a 5-1 cup win at Streatham IHC and Dynamos followed up with a 3-1 home success over MK Thunder to move back to the top of the league table.

Marek Nahlik scored twice for London Raiders in their 4-2 league win at home to Bracknell Hornets, while Wightlink Raiders triumphed 3-1 at Solent Devils.

Mason Wild’s late empty-netter capped a 3-1 road win for the Devils against the Hornets.

Ryan Webb (4) led the way for Wightlink in their 9-3 cup win at home to London and Lukas Zatopek (2) topped the scoring for Chelmsford Chieftains as they won 5-3 on home ice against Streatham.

In D2S, Robert Sedlak grabbed a hat-trick for Cardiff Fire in their 6-3 victory at Basingstoke Buffalo.

Brandon Ayliffe (2) led the scoring for Chelmsford Warriors as they ran out 7-3 winners at Lee Valley Lions. Haringey Racers also picked up two points against the Lions courtesy of a 3-2 home win.

Shaun Yardley scored three for Peterborough Islanders in their 6-4 cup success at Bristol Pitbulls.
