It’s been a quiet start to the summer in NIHL North, with just a handful of signings announced to date.

Blackburn Hawks have seen a number of players quit the Moralee D1 club, but new Head Coach Matt Darlow has begun the task of replacing them.

Bobby Streetly (above) has returned to the club after a spell in NIHL1 South with Wightlink Raiders, while Corey Stones has joined from Bradford Bulldogs.

Richard Bentham and Stuey Ashton have also signed for another year with the Lancashire outfit.

Ex-Sutton Sting Player/Coach John Ross has agreed to take charge at Sheffield Spartans.

In Laidler D2, Altrincham Aces Head Coach Robyn Crebbin is back for his second season at the helm. Crebbin’s first addition to his roster is Mason Howard who also returns for a second year.

Widnes Wild duo Shaun Dippnall and Greg Ruxton have agreed another season with the club.
