Canadian/Italian Carlo Finucci forward has signed for Fife Flyers.

The 29-year-old joined the Swindon Wildcats last season from Danish side Rungsted, scoring 30 goals with 19 assists in 43 EPL appearances.

Fife Flyers’ boss Todd Dutiaume said: Carlo was recommended to us and is held in high regard by his peers.

“He had a good season last year with Swindon and I’m confident he’ll do well in the EIHL.

“He’ll fit in well with what we’re looking to do in Fife this season and I’m looking forward to welcoming him to the team.”

Finucci added: “I’m so excited to get the season started in Fife. I’ve heard nothing but great things about the organization, the town and especially the fans – I can’t wait to play in front of them in the Auld Barn.”
