Leeds Chiefs have announced the signing of young Great Britain forward Caly Robertson.
Robertson, 19, began his career at Fife Flames in the Scotland Under 16s league, and has also represented Great Britain Under 18s and Under 20s.
The Scottish forward left NIHL National side Bracknell Bees earlier this week, and he will link up with his new teammates at Elland Road.
“We already know he can perform at this level,” player-coach Sam Zajac told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
“It was a case of bad timing when we spoke to him before, for various reasons, but we jumped at the chance when we knew he was available again.
“He is a very talented player and is somebody who we feel can slide right into our top six and have an immediate impact.”
