Defenceman Ross Hanlon is the latest to commit to the Billingham Stars roster for the upcoming season.
Hanlon, 26, returned to the Stars midway through last season after almost three years out of the game.
He told the club’s official website: I’m really looking forward to the season ahead, it’s going to be tough though. There are lots of games to play and none of them will be easy. The League just gets better and better and with the new teams it’s going to be a battle for every point.”
He contributed four assists in 16 games last season, as well as registering 22 penalty minutes.
Billingham get their 2017/18 campaign underway with a pre-season challenge series against Telford Tigers on August 26/27.
