Nottingham Panthers have announced the signing of American forward Jake Hansen for the remainder of the season.

Hansen joins the Panthers from Slovakian side HKM Zvolen, and has previously appeared for Coventry Blaze in the 2018/19 campaign until his season was cut short due to injury. He scored 25 goals in 23 appearances for Coventry.

The 30-year-old, who has made over 100 American Hockey League appearances, has landed back in the UK and could make his debut for the Panthers this weekend against Cardiff Devils.
