Andrew Hotham has agreed a third campaign with Cardiff Devils and he’ll be joined on the roster next year by his older brother Scott.
During the past two seasons Andrew has scored 37 goals with 93 assists in 132 games and has twice been chosen as the Elite League defenseman of the year.
Scott joins the Devils from Storhamer Dragons of the top Norwegian league, where he had seven goals and 20 assists in 50 games last year.
He has played nearly all of his professional career in Europe including three years in Austria and one in Italy where he won the Italian championship with Asiago in 2014/15.
In 2010/11 he led all defenders in assists in Norway and was selected to the Norwegian All-Star team that same season.
A highly productive defender, he also is a rock defensively and played some big minutes last season in his club’s Champions Hockey League games.
