Ice Hockey Today – Big plans for proposed Leeds rink

It’s that time again as we bring you the news and headlines that have taken place throughout the day to bring you up to speed and we start with some good news for ice hockey fans in Yorkshire

Yorkshire Post are reporting the possibility of a new ice rink in Leeds would focus on helping to produce future ice hockey stars as talks get underway over the planned site at Elland Road.

It’s a big night for fans of Peterborough Phantoms, who are off to Ice Sheffield for the first leg of the NIHL Autumn Cup Final against Sheffield Steeldogs.  Here, Peterborough Today are building up to it with an interview with Phantoms coach Slava Koulikov.
