Mastrodicasa signs for the Stars

Dundee Stars have added defender Anthony Mastrodicasa to their roster ahead of the upcoming Elite League season.

The 25-year-old spent last season with ECHL side Rapid City Rush having previously iced for Mercyhurst University in the NCAA.

Stars’ boss Marc LeFebvre said: “I’m very excited to have Anthony join the Stars – he’s a young and hungry defenceman who fits the bill of what we are looking for in Dundee.

“He has the potential to be a big player for us and will get the opportunity to succeed in a Stars jersey.”

Mastrodicasa added: “I’m really excited and grateful about getting this opportunity in Dundee and can’t wait to get over there and start playing.”
