Chelmsford Chieftains are 11 points clear at the top of NIHL1 South after another impressive victory.

Danny Hammond and Juraj Huska were amongst Chelmsford’s scorers as they eased to a 6-1 home success against Streatham Redskins.

The Essex outfit also recorded a 5-3 win at London Raiders in the South East Cup.

The visitors completed a disappointing weekend with 6-5 defeat at MK Thunder – Jamie Line (2), Tom Mboya (2), Ross Bowers and Harrison Goode got the home team’s goals.

Steve Osman, Josh Condren and Jacob Ranson were on target for Invicta Dynamos in their 3-1 win at London, but the Kent outfit failed to follow up after being held 2-2 at home to Oxford City Stars.

Chelmsford Warriors maintained their 100% NIHL1S record with a comfortable 10-2 victory at Invicta Mustangs – Ellis Swainsbury, Brandon Ayliffe, Edward Lay and Stephen Woodford weighed in with two goals apiece.

Conor Pollard hit a hat-trick for Peterborough Islanders as they ran out 12-2 winners at Slough Jets. Basingstoke Buffalo secured a 7-4 success at Swindon Wildcats NIHL.

Daniel Clayton (3) and Josh Abbott (3) led the way for Haringey Racers as they picked up a 7-5 win at home to Bristol Pitbulls in the D2 Cup.
