Paisley Pirates moved four points clear at the top of the SNL after a comfortable 10-0 home victory against Moray Typhoons.

Haydn Bain opened the scoring inside the opening two minutes, but the Pirates were unable to add to their tally despite controlling the majority of the possession.

Pirates stepped things up in the middle session as goals by Fraser Campbell, Marc Crute and David Orr made it 4-0 to put the match beyond the reach of the visitors.

Campbell and Crute netted their second goals of the game to extend the lead to six, before Stuart Miller (above) weighed in with a pair to make it 8-0.

Richard Thorp grabbed the ninth goal, while Bain took the score into double figures with this second of the evening to make it five wins out of five for the Pirates this season.

Liam Cassidy (2), Harry Ferguson and Michael Ireland got the goals as Edinburgh Capitals SNL recorded their first victory of the season with a 4-3 home success over Dundee Comets.

Connor Duncan (2) topped the scoring for Kirkcaldy Kestrels in their 10-2 win at Kilmarnock Storm.
