Telford Tigers made it eight wins in a row in the EPL courtesy of an impressive display at Guildford Flames on Saturday.

Milan Kolena bagged a couple of goals as the Tigers won 9-4 to leave the Shropshire outfit eight points clear with seven games to play.

MK Lightning picked up a pair of victories, winning 4-3 after a shoot-out at home to Swindon Wildcats and 4-1 at Peterborough Phantoms.

Owen Griffiths (2) topped the scoring for Peterborough in their 6-5 victory at Sheffield Steeldogs.

Stanislav Lascek grabbed the decider for Sheffield as they secured a 5-4 shoot-out success at home to Guildford.

Vanya Antonov was the star of the show for Basingstoke in their 7-1 win at home to Hull, but Bison failed to follow up in the reverse fixture as Andrej Themar’s late goal sealed a 3-2 success for the Pirates.

Swindon triumphed 6-5 after a shoot-out at home to Bracknell Bees – Robin Kovar scored the winner.
