Paisley Pirates reached the final of the SNL Cup after a 2-0 victory at Aberdeen Lynx.

Stuart Miller put the visitors ahead in the first period but Lynx fought back in the middle session, forcing Pirates netminder Graeme Meechan into a string of fine saves to keep his side ahead.

Lynx continued to press in the final period, but Fraser Campbell’s strike sealed Pirates’ place in their first Scottish Cup Final for 11 years.

Their opponents in the final will either be Edinburgh Capitals SNL or Dundee Tigers who are set to face each other on Sunday, 27th March.

The final will be played on Saturday, 16th April, at Fife Ice Arena.
